Sunchoke Bisque
This suchoke or jerusalem artichoke soup tastes way better than it looks.
Ingredients
1 lb Jerusalem-artichokes
1/2 cup Organic Half & Half
1 tsp Organic Vegetable Broth
3 tbsp Yellow Onion
1 cloves Garlic Clove
1 medium potato Yukon Gold Potato
1 cup Tap Water
