Low Carb Rutabega Fries

Ack, this is from months ago, but they were actually really tasty, so I'll post the pictures now. To make them you basically peel the rutabegas, make fry shapes, steam them for 10 minutes, and then roast them in the oven with olive oil for 25 minutes or so.
