You can stirfry them or use them like green onions or even eat them raw, but since I am on an oven roasting kick, that's what I did with these. Extremely good, and extremely easy to do, just roast them at 400 for 20 minutes.

Whips and Scapes
Sounds a bit dirty, but really these are just the buds of onions, chives, or garlic. I bought some at the farmer's market, only to discover i had plenty of them growing in my yard.

ReplyDeleteThese are good. I like them better as a garnish (just a couple on the plate), rather than a whole side of them.
